Wedding Packages






Weddings are special events, a magical day where we all come together to celebrate the union of two people in the name of love.


We have a job to do on this day, to capture the essence of the day and, importantly, capture those special moments so you can look back and smile.


In all the packages you have the following:


 

Photographer(s) that are experienced wedding photographers.


 

Formal portraits and family photographs on the day.


 

We do a natural reportage photography of the day for you to review later, reportage is like a documentary of the day, for instance, people arriving, meeting and after the event.


 

It goes without saying that we are friendly.


 

Your images are placed in a secure password protected gallery where you can review them and where your guests can buy copies of the images you release for them to view.


 

The packages are here to help you, we do tailor packages to meet your needs.


 

Our day only ends with the cutting of the cake or first dance. which ever comes last.


 

All photographs are edited but there will be key photographs where we will conduct a comprehensive edit for you.


 

All images are prepared and made available within a week.


 

We provide an after care service for the next year, where we will resize and edit images for your needs


We have various packages dependent upon your requirements:



PACKAGE 1 £650

Starting at the venue where we photograph guests arriving on the day and follow you through till the first dance or cutting of the cake (which ever event comes last). Along with the reportage (documentary style photography). We will take special formal photographs of the Bride and Groom, Family and Friends. This is packaged on a DVD for you, from here you are able to select at least 10 images for enhanced edits.


PACKAGE 2 £800

As with Package 1 but with the addition of a hard backed wedding book of the day and 2 prints up to the size of A4.


PACKAGE 3: £1150

As with package 2 with the addition that we start with you in the morning as you are getting prepared for the day, we have found that these are moments that are filled with events and there own special moments. This has proved particularly popular over the years.


PACKAGE 4: £1350

As with package 3 with the additions of the following: A 3 hour special location shoot with the Bride, Bridesmaids and friends where we photograph you in agreed locations. A 3 hour special location shoot with the Groom, Best Man and friends in agreed locations. These are proving very popular as part of the wedding proceedings. They are usually held within 2 weeks of the wedding.

We provide you with DVD's of the photographs and mini books for you and your entourage.


EXTRAS (where not included):


Additional photographer

To cover more of the event, especially recommended at larger weddings to cover more of the event. This is especially recommended at larger weddings.

Wedding books

With a minimum of 24 pages, start at £60 depending upon the style, we are happy to show you the different styles available. We often have requests for a specially prepared wedding book for the groom and other books for wedding guests, either as a gift or as an option for them to buy.

The price depends upon the amount of time and we can advise on this after we have chatted.

PRICING SCHEDULE


We keep our pricing simple with no hidden catches.


20% deposit books our services for your the day. This is non refundable if you should cancel.


Balance of the fee is payable 4 weeks prior to the event. of which 50% is refundable should you cancel within that 4 week period, minus any outlays on our side as acknowledged in our contract with you. i.e. if we have booked other services for you like a videographer.


An Important thing

We are a friendly bunch here at Retinal Impression, if you have any questions we are more than happy to discuss these with you. Most weddings are usually bespoke events where we tailor the package for the Bride. In this circumstances we can give you an accurate price for your wedding once we have spoken to you. We promise to make it straightforward and we stick by it.


Discounts are available if either the Bride or Groom is a member of the Armed Forces or works within the Emergency Services.
